The Vets do look after your pets well - reception not very friendly
Vets are very caring
RIP OFF VETS that is smelly & VERY DIRTY in need of a makeover...considering each visit costs 28.50 per visit just to see the vet, i dont expect to have to ask for the treatment table to be cleaned before my dog goes on it!! I would have given a 4 star review as staff are very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the old blonde receptionist, however I was really surprised to learn today that the group has been taken over by another company and Your Vets are no longer the AFFORDABLE vets!! A prescription charge which once cost 10 now costs a whopping 18...when I asked why the charge had gone up so much in such a short time I was informed ALL prices have been increased since the takeover!! Very disappointed as we have used Your Vets for years and always got value for money but sadly no longer.I suggest they remove the word AFFORDABLE from their advertising as they no longer offer AFFORDABLE veterinary care!
Just transferred the care of all my animals to Your Vets, after they took on my Lab (Fat Lab Ruby) after a disastrous visit to another Vet that left her in a very condition. Your Vets saw her straightaway, treated her straightway, and were compassionate and caring to me and my gorgeous Lab. Thank you so much... Marilyn Melville
Visited them tonight as their phone message says you can walk in . Get there to find that they have changed the system and you can no longer walk in. Can't be bothered to change their phone message though! Went to Pets at Home where my cat was seen immediately.
