A nightmare to getting an appointment, and to phone back at 1pm and the afternoon appointments have hone also
Don't you just love playing the game trying to get an appointment at hollyoaks medical centre... Been ringing relentlessly since 25 past and when I finally get through at 8.33 I get told all the appointments are gone, and I have to ring back and play the game again at one o'clock. Care is good depending on which doctor you're lucky enough to see but the appointment structure is appalling.
All the staff are very courteous and caring . Having to visit the surgery daily and appreciate all the dedicated care ... thanks for helping in my recovery Sukhdev
