Purchased a van a few years ago for 2500 a huge mistake cost lots of money and time to sort out even then I had to sell as spare or repair within a month please avoid for your own sanity my mother paid for the van for me just before passing and in a rough time I was ripped off good and proper the van went bang on the a38 after new head and gaskets a new turbo and bottom end bearings still didn't run correctly!On my 1st warranty return notice them taking a laguna engine and box out and putting it in a vivaro I know the engine and gear box are all Renault just seams extreme and did they send details to DVLA as 1 week later it was on eBayPlease please avoid
Purchased a van from them (Birmingham from london) and it was a total disaster. Van Advertised on eBay as serviced and Cambelt which is not honest. Collect the van 2 days after purchase to ensure the van is checked, on collection and it overheated after 9 miles, drove the van back on the hard shoulder (20 miles 2 hours) was told the van was fixed. Took the van back again and completely failed at 25 miles. Had to get rac to take back the van to the dealers and stay in a travelodge. Then waited from 21st December until 5th Jan to get the van back. Now it's back after using 2 days the back doors don't close, the service light comes on and the bonnet catch is faulty not to mention side door works intermittently. The van is still advertised on eBay even thou the transaction has been completed. If I wasn't sworn at in chasing up the van or refused an exchange or refund I wouldn't do this review but the worse possible experience you could ever hope to have. Seems like the vans are bodged and made barely road worth and fall apart. Just hoping they put through the paperwork as dvla have no record.

They was very trustworthy and answered all questions and queries we had, as it was our first time buying a van. The process of buying the van with this company was quick and easy.
